Under President/CEO Ted Dixon’s leadership, Pro-Star Towing has consistently gone beyond the call of duty to serve the motoring public. AAA has recognized this professionalism and member satisfaction through a variety of awards. Here are just a few:
Battery Service
With a consistent True Conversion rate of 40% and an average of 225 batteries sold a month over the past several years, Pro-Star’s Battery Service continues to lead the way in the important expansion of this program. Pro-Star has received many awards for over 2,000 installations each year. In the summer of 2005, 2006 and 2007 Pro-Star won the illusive Go Service Battery Program Contest, Highest True Conversion Rate, held by AAA with more than 300 companies competing.
Towing
Pro-Star Towing has won many awards since founded in 1993. The most prestigious accomplishment was the AAA service Provider of Excellence Award which is giving to the top three AAA Towing Stations expanding over 10,000 companies throughout Canada and the U.S. In 2003 Pro-Star won the Bronze Award, in 2006 the Silver Award, and most recently, in 2007 the Gold Award which is awarded to the best AAA Towing Company. Ted and his wife Nancy were invited to Florida where the President and VP’s of AAA honored them with this award.
In 2004 AAA awarded Pro-Star with the Pioneer Award for leading the industry in the Preferred Service Provider Program. This program keeps Pro-Star Towing and other contractors committed to serving AAA members with the highest level of service.
In 2010 Pro-Star was awarded the “Customer First” award. This award is given to contractors who display outstanding customer service by making the towing experience as pleasurable as possible.
By sending all our drivers thru numerous customer services classes and having standards set in the highest value, our employees continue to receive high marks and compliments from you, the customer. Pro-Star Towing has a 97% customer satisfaction rating through a random survey program conducted by AAA.
